Tibetan refugees face increasing restrictions on their activism

A Tibetan refugee was arrested for a photo he posted on Facebook in which he posed with Tibetan national flag while Nepali officials turned down permission for Tibetan refugees to hold a rally. Nepal’s largest newspaper was summoned by the country’s chief justice for articles critical of him.
