Peaceful Assembly

People in Grenada are able to gather and demonstrate. The freedom of peaceful assembly is protected under the Constitution. In practice, people exercise this right and hold protests and demonstrations in pursuit of many different causes. There are no recently-documented cases of police using excessive force against protestors.
