Grenada-Overview
Grenada is an island country, consisting of Grenada itself and six smaller islands, with an estimated population of 110,000. A favourable legal environment exists for civil society in Grenada and human rights defenders are able to operate without hindrance. Although independent media outlets and journalists can operate in a relatively free environment, they still sometimes face intimidation and harassment by government officials.
